Simple tiers. Async approval. Pilot fee credits to your first month.

Aideps is metered on what you trigger — packets compiled, dashboard seats used, integrations installed, memory retained. The compile pipeline runs on our infrastructure (Bedrock + Azure embeddings); you trigger every run from your repo, your Slack workspace, or your CLI. We charge for what we host.

§ 00.01 what we count
  • packet = one compile of structured Markdown context for one task — triggered by you via the CLI, a Slack thread shortcut, or a GitHub PR with an aideps/PKT-* branch. Costs us ~$0.10–$0.15 in LLM compute each.
  • dashboard seat = one human who can sign in to your workspace. Engineers using the CLI through their own agent token don’t consume seats; only people who view the dashboard do.
  • integration = one connected Slack workspace or one GitHub org installation.
  • memory retention = how far back harvested rules persist before being soft-deleted. Older rules are archived, not destroyed; reach out and we’ll restore on request.

How the pilot → ongoing transition works.

pilot fee credit
The pilot fee you pay ($500–$2,000) credits 1:1 against your first month if you continue. Pay $2,000 for the pilot, sign up for Workspace ($2,500/mo), and your first month invoice is $500.
refund clause
If your first three packets don’t show obvious gain, full refund — no questions, no exit interview. Email team@aideps.dev.
how we approve
Manual. Read every pilot form within hours; reply with scope and pricing within 24h. No sales call, no calendar tag-team. The email + the eval link is the “sales process.”
overages
Workspace: $5/packet beyond 100/month. Scale: $4/packet beyond 400/month. Billed at month-end on the same invoice. No retroactive tier changes.
moving up a tier
Switch any time, prorated. We email a confirmation; new caps apply from the next packet onward. No re-onboarding.
moving down or canceling
Cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Org export download available from /settings/org. Memory and packets stay readable on your local copies — they’re just Markdown files in your repo.
self-hosted
Enterprise tier only. Helm chart, runs in your VPC, you control the LLM keys. Reach out if you need this.
